2. CONTRACT

  • Review contract terms, including payment schedules and milestones, addressing any questions or adjustments needed.

  • Finalize and sign the contract to formalize the agreement.

3. DESIGN / ENGINEERING

  • we develop initial design concepts and sketches based on your input and project requirements.

  • we present a preliminary design for your feedback, make necessary revisions, and refine the design to align with your vision.

  • we conduct a detailed engineering analysis and technical review to ensure the design is feasible and meets all structural and functional requirements.

  • we complete the final design, including detailed drawings and specifications, ensuring all elements are accurately represented.

  • we develop comprehensive shop drawings based on the finalized design to guide our fabrication and installation crews.

4. fabricatioN

  • we procure and prepare all necessary materials based on the specifications provided in the shop drawings.

  • we begin the fabrication process, using CNC machines, 3D printers, and other equipment to create the various components.

  • we conduct thorough inspections and quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure components meet design specifications and standards.

  • we assemble the fabricated components and perform tests to verify that everything fits together correctly and functions as intended.

  • we finalize and prepare the components for delivery, ensuring they are properly packaged and ready for installation.

5. installation

  • we ensure the installation site is ready, including any necessary preparation work such as clearing space or making structural adjustments.

  • we transport and deliver all fabricated components and materials to the installation site.

  • we perform on-site assembly and installation according to the plans, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.

  • we address any adjustments or corrections needed to ensure everything is installed correctly and functions as intended.

  • we finish any remaining details, such as cleaning up the site and making final aesthetic adjustments.
